We won’t pretend to understand your business fully in just that time, but by getting some insight into the way you work and your future aspirations, you may benefit from our experience in the field.What does the ‘Healthcheck’ involve?
It takes two hours of your time, but it’s all about you!
We will aim to establish key, important, high-level information about your business: where you are now; your successes and challenges; your business needs; your team and your vision for the future of your people and your company.
With your agreement, we would seek to talk not only to the business leader, but a few of your key people. This will help us gain first-hand insight and enable us to identify some areas of the business that might benefit from attention to address challenges, build on existing strengths or help take them to the next level.What will you get from the ‘Healthcheck’?
After the initial meeting, we’ll give you a brief feedback of our findings, followed a few days later by a short 2-3 page report which will (1) highlight the areas of your business that might benefit from learning, development and advisory support activities; (2) explain why we think that is case; and (3) outline what benefit we believe these activities may bring to you.
Where these relate to services we offer, we may provide an indication of how we could help and how much it would cost. However, we may also suggest activities and actions you can implement internally on your own or with other partners.
The ‘Healthcheck’ is a great opportunity to take rare time out to discuss your ideas and use us a sounding board for your future development. We promise there is no commitment to use our services as a result of our report and recommendations…unless of course you want to!
